Our Commitment

Accessibility isn't just what we do for clients — it's how we operate. Rooted Inclusion is committed to making our website, communications, and services accessible to people with disabilities. We know we won't always get it right on the first try, and we're committed to improving continuously.

Website Accessibility

We are actively working to align this website with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. A full accessibility audit is currently in progress. Known issues will be documented here as we identify and work to resolve them.

How We Communicate

We want to communicate in the way that works best for you. We're able to work with you via:

  • Email — our default channel; we aim for plain language in all written communications

  • Video call (Zoom or Google Meet) — live captions available on request

  • Written chat or async options — available on request

All written deliverables are provided in accessible PDF format by default. Need a different format — such as plain text, Word document, or large print? Just ask.

Our Services

Rooted Inclusion offers services in three formats:

  • Virtual — via video call and digital deliverables

  • In-person — at your venue or a mutually agreed location in the Indianapolis metro area

  • Digital — written assessments, accessible documents, and resources delivered electronically

If a service format presents a barrier for you, contact us before booking and we'll work with you on an approach that fits.

Requesting Accommodations

You can request accommodations at any point — before, during, or after an engagement. There's no wrong time to ask.

We don't require advance notice for most requests, though more lead time helps us do better.

Ongoing Improvement

This statement is a living document, reviewed and updated as our website and services evolve. If something here is inaccurate or out of date, we want to know.
